2. Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled through our website.

Return Policy

1. Returns and exchanges are available only for selected products. Detailed eligibility and return conditions are mentioned on the respective product pages. For most eligible products, the standard return window is 3 days from the date of delivery.

2. The return policy for any product may be updated or changed without prior notice.

3. If pickup service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product to our office address.

4. Return or exchange shipping charges may apply depending on the specific case.

Note for Returns

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition for hygiene reasons.

• Items must be returned with their original packaging and tags intact. Products without original tags will not be accepted.

• Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Return or exchange requests submitted after the applicable return period (as mentioned on the product page) will not be accepted.
